Refund policy
We check every book before shipping. If a manufacturing defect or discrepancy with the description is found, you have the right to exchange/return under the Law of the Republic of Ingushetia No. 8/1999 "On the Protection of Consumer Rights". The application period is 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.
1) Basic conditions
- Return/exchange is possible only with the original film and packaging intact, in the same condition in which the book was delivered (without signs of use, moisture, dirt, inscriptions, folds, "knocked corners", etc.).
- Returns of printed books are not accepted.
2) Visible defects "under the film"
- If the defect is visible without opening the film (stains, strong cover defects, etc.), we will accept the return or exchange without any problems. Take a photo/video and contact us within 24 hours after receipt.
3) Hidden defects (discovered during unpacking)
- To distinguish a manufacturing defect from damage after delivery, the application is accepted if there is a continuous video of unpacking from the moment the film is intact until the defect is demonstrated.
- If the inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, we will issue an exchange/return. If we establish that the damage occurred due to the fault of the buyer, compensation may be refused.
4) What is not accepted for return
- Traces of use, mechanical damage, traces of moisture/odor, marks/underlining, loss of completeness, lack of film (except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect under paragraph 3).
- Products with obvious signs of use (moisture, odor, inscriptions, folds, loss of packaging).
- Products with damage that occurred after transfer to the buyer (including deliberate actions that worsened the condition of the product).
- Products without film or original packaging (except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects).
5) Compensation period and form
- Exchange or refund is made within 7 days after approval and receipt of the goods back/confirmation of the defect, in accordance with the general rule on providing compensation.
6) Legal clause (compliance with the law)
- This policy does not deprive the buyer of the right to legal compensation and does not contain prohibited conditions (for example, a complete refusal to accept returns in principle).
To arrange a return, write to us on WhatsApp at +62 821-3573-5789. Indicate your name, the reason for the return and attach a screenshot of the order confirmation from e-mail. If necessary, add a photo or video of the book. After that, we will confirm the request and give instructions for sending the book back. The refund will be made after checking the condition of the book and meeting the return conditions.
If the returned item is accepted, we will send a courier to you or instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damaged and defective
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or does not match what you ordered, so that we can assess the problem and fix it.
Exceptions and items that cannot be returned
If the buyer was notified in advance of external defects (e.g. scuffs, knocked corners, and other damage) at the time of sale, and such items are sold at a reduced price, they are considered purchased with the consent of the buyer and are not subject to return, even if there is no discount mark on the website (Law of the Republic of Ingushetia No. 8/1999 on the protection of consumer rights, Art. 8)
Exchange
The fastest way to get the desired item is to issue a return of your item, and after the return is accepted, separately purchase a new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned order and let you know if your return has been approved. If your return is approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund.
