Contemporary American writer Katie Marie (KM) Weiland, winner of prestigious literary awards, is no less popular as the author of textbooks on screenwriting and storytelling. She dedicated her book, The Architecture of Plot, to the structure of narrative, the central concept of the literary process. After all, a skillfully constructed structure does not suppress creative searches, but, on the contrary, facilitates the writer's work and allows for the creation of convincing plots and voluminous characters.
