Silly August: Poems

Abstract of the book "Stupid August" Grass G.: The poems and graphics of Günter Grass, collected in this edition, were created in Denmark in the late summer of 2006. They represent Günter Grass's artistic response to the discussion that flared up in the media around the publication of his memoirs "Onion of Memory". Thus, from disparate emotions and impressions, a book appeared - an art object, where the text and illustrations form an inseparable whole. Read more...
