The Book Keeper from Auschwitz

Fourteen-year-old Dita was taken from the Terezin ghetto with her mother and father, and now she survives in the Auschwitz death camp in the children's block. The block leader, Fredy Hirsch, tells Dita about the underground library and asks her to keep an eye on the eight volumes that prisoners managed to smuggle into the camp. Dita agrees and becomes the keeper of these books.
