The fairy tales of the writer Naomi (real name Gertrude Landa) are based on ancient Jewish parables. With all due respect to the original source, the author wrote kind and wise fairy tales, in which the main characters are King Solomon, the inhabitants of Jerusalem and the East, ancient sages and beautiful princesses and even animals, the character and habits of which are somewhat similar to people. The moral of these fairy tales will be understandable to any child and, undoubtedly, will be beneficial, as will familiarization with the ancient Jewish culture. Illustrations by Ekaterina Glazer, inspired by ancient Jerusalem, eastern bazaars, exhibits in Israeli museums, are a wonderful addition to these fairy tales.
